All online orders will be processed within 48 hours of e-mail confirmation. Most merchandise sold on MemphisGrizzliesDen.com is kept in stock daily. You can expect to receive merchandise within 7 – 10 business days. You can expect to receive personalized jerseys in 9-12 business days. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail.

Including a Gift Message on Your Order Indicate that your purchase is a gift and include the gift message in the field marked "Comments" on the order page. Ordering Personalized Jerseys We apologize in advance but, all sales of personalized Jerseys and other personalized items are final. Personalized jerseys require 48 hours for production. You can expect to receive personalized jerseys within 9-12 business days.
Please check the appropriate size needed and the correct spelling of the name that will appear on jerseys before finalizing your order. A customer service representative will send an e-mail to customer to verify size and correct spelling. Only after an e-mail reply from customers, validating the size and spelling, will jerseys be personalized and orders filled.
Problems With An Order An item is missing: You may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. You will be billed for each shipment, based on weight. You will not be charged for unshipped items. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us.
An order did not arrive: All orders will be shipped through Federal Express. If you wish to track an order go to FedEx.com, then to track your orders.
An item is damaged or defective: We are committed to your total satisfaction. If an item you receive from GrizzliesStore.com that has a material defect, simply return it to us. You will be refunded for the cost of the item and the sales tax (if applicable). Processing your return takes up to 2 days from the day we receive it. The invoice is your sales receipt and must accompany all returns. A representative will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax. GrizzliesStore.com is not responsible for items damaged during shipment. In the event that an order arrives damaged please contact the shipping company.
Order Cancellation Please contact our customer service department. We will respond to your request promptly. Please include your GrizzliesStore.com order number in the comments field of the form. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
Shipping GrizzliesStore.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact you for additional information as required. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. If there is a delay in an order, you will be notified via e-mail.
GrizzliesStore.com renounces all rights and responsibilities of merchandise damaged during shipment once shipment is released to courier.

Return Policy We want you to love your purchase from the Memphis Grizzlies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please follow the steps below:
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered. We apologize in advance but are unable to return or exchange any personalized jersey in both kids and adult sizes, as they are custom developed for you.
Return Process: 1) Please submit return request on our contact page within 10 days of confirmed delivery. Return requests must include a description of the merchandise and a detailed reason for the request.
2) You will be notified via e-mail of the status and /or authorization of return requests along with return instructions.
3) Once a Return Request has been authorized by GrizzliesStore.com, you have 10 days from the authorization date to return merchandise.
After a return or exchange has been authorized by GrizzliesStore.com, all returned packages must be: • Accompanied by the original receipt. • In its original sold condition with the sale tags attached. • Accompanied by the packing slip or a copy of the packing slip. • Sealed properly, as not to incur damages during the return shipment.
You are responsible for shipping charges related to your return. GrizzliesStore.com is not responsible for lost packages en route to us as a return. For your protection, we highly recommend using a courier that provides delivery tracking.

Refunds After items have been received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the order amount, minus the original shipping charges. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. You will be notified, via email, when credit has been issued.
Responsibility The Memphis Grizzlies and GrizzliesStore.com are not responsible for:
1. Lost packages en route to GrizzliesStore.com for a refund and/or exchange. A shipping method that allows you to track your package delivery is highly recommended.
2. Merchandise delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
3. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being available at time of the delivery.
4. Shipping costs associated with returned merchandise.
5. Delay in delivery due to act of God.
